Can I use my own drives?
Yes. Attach your own external drives, or connect S3-compatible storage free on Business and Enterprise. Self-hosted storage is never billed by us: your disk = $0/TB from us.
Do guests need paid accounts?
No. External guests are free and unlimited on cloud tiers — invite clients, reviewers, and partners without buying seats for them. Others charge seats for what we give free.
Cloud, self-hosted, or both?
Your choice. Self-host with an annual license (Community free, Pro $119/yr flat, Business $72/user/yr), run cloud seats monthly (Team $12, Business $20 per user/month), or mix both — Enterprise covers multi-tenant and LAN-local sites.
How does cloud storage pricing work?
Team includes 1TB of pooled storage per user and Business 2TB per user. Need more? Add blocks at $9/TB/month — versioned, permissioned, deduplicated collaboration storage, not raw object storage.
Is there a per-file size limit?
No pricing-based limit. File size is owner policy, never a pricing lever — set the limits your infrastructure allows instead of upgrading tiers to unlock larger files.
